Kasey Frost

Hi, I'm Kasey. A fully insured and qualified Level 4 sports massage and specialised lymphoedema management therapist with a growing number of modalities in manual therapy. I'm also a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.

I've worked in conjunction with chiropractors and physiotherapists treating complex patient cases with life changing results. My passion for massage has been present from a very young age, leading me to a career dedicated to helping others recover from injuries and chronic pain.

I offer treatments in three locations around Norfolk and Suffolk. Below is my availability in each location:

  • Halesworth - Monday
  • Stowmarket - Tuesday / Thursday / Friday
  • Norwich - Wednesday / Saturdays
